Precision Independent Consulting is the practice of Rodrigo von Glehn, Founder and Principal Consultant. Over 24 years I have led planning, cost and controls for US$ 1 billion-plus data centre, power generation, pharma and industrial programmes across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and the Nordics — alternating between owner, EPC and EPCM seats.
Signature strengths: mobilising controls functions at speed, restoring baseline and forecast integrity, making procurement and long-lead exposure visible, and connecting schedule performance to commercial outcome.
